Trusted Billiards Houston may decline, pause, reschedule, or modify work when conditions present a safety concern, prevent reasonable access, differ materially from the agreed scope, or otherwise make the work impractical or inappropriate to perform as originally planned.

8. Existing Damage and Table Condition

Pool tables and their components may have pre-existing wear, damage, deterioration, prior repairs, concealed defects, warped or damaged components, brittle materials, or other conditions that are not always apparent before work begins.

Trusted Billiards Houston is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that were not caused by our work.

If previously unknown conditions are discovered during service, additional work, parts, time, or a revised scope may be required. Any material change in the work should be discussed with the customer before proceeding when reasonably practical.

9. Coin-Operated Tables

Trusted Billiards Houston may perform physical pool table work on coin-operated tables, including moving, refelting, cushion and pocket work, assembly, and removal.

We do not service or repair coin mechanisms, bill acceptors, card readers, payment electronics, or other payment-system components unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Workmanship

All workmanship is guaranteed. We stand behind the quality of the work performed.

This workmanship statement applies to the work actually performed by Trusted Billiards Houston and does not create a guarantee covering pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, misuse, later movement or alteration by others, unrelated components, manufacturer defects, environmental conditions, or work performed by another person or company.

Any concern about completed work should be reported to Trusted Billiards Houston within a reasonable time after it is discovered so we have an opportunity to review the issue.
